About User Mappings

User mappings are used to match the user credentials of the remote job submitter to a user credential on the local SIMULIA Execution Engine system.

Each defined partner must have at least one user map. These mappings are created using the addusermap command in the SIMULIA Execution Engine Command Line client. If necessary, multiple mappings can be defined for a single partner. In the case of multiple mappings, user maps that specify a particular remote user are evaluated first. If no match is made, the map of all remote users is used, if it exists.
