Exporting Jobs

Jobs can be exported from the Job List page (accessed by clicking the My Jobs link). The jobs are exported into a single .zip file.

  1. Click the My Jobs link.

    The Job List page appears.

  2. (optional) Use the Search Criteria area to locate a specific job. The following search options are available:

    Option Description
    User Search for a job based on the name of the user who executed it.
    Job Completion Status Search for jobs that completed successfully (OK), Failed, or were Cancelled.
    Model Name Search for a job based on the name of the model. You can type the first few letters of the model name followed by an “*”.
    Job Name Search for a job based on the name of the job. You can type the first few letters of the job name followed by an “*”.
    Job Started on or after Search for jobs started after a specific date. The date must be entered using the mm/dd/yyyy format.
    Job Started on or before Search for jobs started before a specific date. The date must be entered using the mm/dd/yyyy format.

  3. (optional) Click Search to locate the jobs you specified using the criteria in Step 2.

    The list of jobs is updated to match your search criteria.

  4. Perform any of the following actions, as necessary:

    Note: Access to some of these features may depend upon your defined permissions.

    Option Description
    Refresh Update the job list.
    Check All Select all the jobs in the list.
    Check None Clear all job selections.
    Delete Checked Remove selected jobs from the list.

  5. Click Export Checked to export the selected jobs from the WebTop.

    The selected jobs can then be used in the Isight Design Gateway or Runtime Gateway. While exporting, you are given the option to also export the job’s file parameters. All selected jobs are exported within a single .zip file.
