Removing Outlying Data Points in Graphs

You can remove outlying points from a data set to make the graph more readable or to correct generated statistics that correspond to the data set.

  1. From the Runtime Gateway Graphs tab, do one of the following:

    • To highlight a specific point with crosshairs, click the button. You can select multiple points by pressing the CTRL key and clicking the points.

    • To select all points within a specified range, click the button. Once this button is clicked, clicking and dragging within a graph creates a subarea, which is outlined. Releasing the mouse button selects all of the points in the specified subarea.

  2. Right-click anywhere in the graph, and do one of the following:

    Option Description
Exclude/Selected Runs Select to remove the selected points.

Isight removes the points and updates the graph.

Non-Selected Runs Select to retain only the selected points and to remove all other points.
