Working with Components

You can use the Design Gateway to add components to a simulation process flow, save components, find components in the library, configure components, change components, disable components, encapsulate components, and copy components.

In addition, you can edit process components in the Runtime Gateway. The ability to edit process components in the Runtime Gateway allows you to establish a well-defined analysis simulation process flow to analyze a single design point, apply a process component to find a design that solves a defined problem, and then easily reconfigure the process component that drives that analysis to either (a) change the settings of the process component, or (b) alter the problem being solved.

For information about configuring component properties and components, see the Isight Component Guide.
